At District III Convention in Aberdeen on March 3, 2007, Cassie James of Twentieth Century Club of Bruce was named District III Clubwoman of the Year.  Pictured presenting Mrs. James her gift is GFWC-MFWC President Judy Martin.  Mrs. James was recognized for this honor based on her outstanding leadership and volunteer service to her community as her club's Secretary and Chairperson of the Public Affairs Department.  Mrs. James also served as District III Crafts Chairperson at the Convention.

Civic Woman's Club of Picayune was named District I 2005 Club of the Year. Shirley Stough (center), President, is holding the plaque.

District I 2005 Clubwoman of the Year was Janice Holybee from the Gulf Coast Civic Club, Gulfport.

 

 

Darlene Adams, co-chair of the MFWC President's Special Project M.A.D.D., sold "opportunities to own" purses for M.A.D.D. Winners will be chosen at state convention.

 

Judy Martin, GFWC-MFWC Acting President, made a special presentation of funds donated from GFWC Clubs for Hurricane Katrina relief to Jana Jarrell, President of Woman's Club of Gulfport.

Members of the GFWC-Calhoun City New Century Club and Eupora 20th Century Club hosted a reception and dinner at the Magnolia Tea Room in Eupora to honor the MFWC Officers on Friday, March 3, 2006, prior to the District III Convention on Saturday, March 4, 2006.
