GFWC-MFWC “CLUB OF THE YEAR” AWARD
GUIDELINES
An award is given annually to the club with
the best overall record in club work using the following criteria:
-
Work completed during the calendar year,
January 1 through December 31.
-
Work/Programs done in all GFWC Departments
(Arts, Conservation, Education, Home Life, International Affairs, and
Public Affairs).
-
Outstanding achievement in at least two of
the 6 GFWC Departments.

Definite results from community projects
undertaken in an effort to better the community.

Percentage of membership participating in
work of the departments and club sponsored community activities.

Judging will be based on points scored on:

GFWC-MFWC Club Report
-
GFWC-MFWC Awards won in Department
Program Reports
-
GFWC-MFWC Awards won in Special Projects
-
GFWC Contests entered
-
Amount of time contributed by club
members in the work of the club
-
Amount of money spent by club in
Club/GFWC-MFWC/GFWC programs and projects
-
Projects and programs completed by the
club
