GUIDELINES/RULES FOR CLUBWOMAN ARTS & CRAFTS
.
1.  Clubwoman Arts and Crafts will be exhibited on Local and District Levels only. Local exhibits are a discretion of local club.
 

2. All entries must be delivered to the District Chairperson not later than the opening session time on the day of District Convention.
 

3. Each entry should have a typed or printed identification on label specifying the following: Clubwoman name, complete name of sponsoring club and GFWC-MFWC District, and the Classification of the entry.

 

4. Entries must have been made during the current biennium and entered at district only once during biennium.

 

5.  Clubwomen are not limited to the suggested list of classifications.  Obviously, there is an unlimited list of possible crafts.  Add to the following list as necessary.

*Mississippi Creations - Entries must be made from natural, Mississippi products, such as wood, weeds, bark, shells, rice, soybeans. etc.
 

**Wearable Art -Clothing/millinery may be made hand-loomed, knitted, crocheted or any other
handmade fabric. Clothing/millinery may also be purchased, but designs (printed, embroidered, painted, etc..) must be original.
 

***Jewelry of any material is acceptable. Designs must be original.
